Personal information we collect

Right to Opt-Out of Selling or Sharing Personal Information
If you believe your Personal Information is being sold or shared, you can request an opt-out by contacting us at store@menocil.com. However, we do not currently sell or share Consumer Personal Information.
Right to Opt-In
Consumers under 16, or those who previously opted out, may choose to opt back in by emailing us at store@menocil.com.
Right to Be Notified of a Financial Incentive
In exchange for your email address for marketing purposes, we may offer coupons or discounts on Menocil products.
California residents may request details about how we shared their information with third parties in the prior calendar year. To make such a request:
- Email us at store@menocil.com with “Light the Way” in the subject line.
- Include your name, email address, and username (if applicable) to help us locate your information.
Requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Please note:
- Only one request per calendar year is allowed.
- This law covers limited types of information sharing.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
