In the dashboard – You can Just click on Return Request and your return request will be processed.
Receive Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email with clear, step-by-step instructions for your return request. Be aware that this email may occasionally be filtered into your spam or promotions folder. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check all folders for the return approval email. Failure to locate and follow the instructions in this email may result in delays or issues with your return process.
Complete the Form
Upon receiving the confirmation email.

Once you have shipped the product to us, you must immediately complete the form (ticket) with your return order details, USPS product, and shipping information. Refer to the provided screenshot for guidance. This step is crucial for us to track your package effectively. We will respond via the same ticket once the refund has been processed. Prompt action on your part is essential to ensure a swift resolution.

Points to Note
- Shipping and handling charges are not included and must be borne by the customer.
- Only 1 unit of your purchased product may be opened; the remaining items must be sealed for a full refund.
- Returning after using a single bottle, an example:
- You purchased 3 bottles of a supplement and used 1 bottle.
- You return 2 unopened bottles.
- Once received, we will issue a refund for all 3 bottles
- Returning after using more than one bottle, an example:
- You purchased 6 bottles of Menocil and used 2 bottles.
- You return 4 unopened bottles.
- Once received, we will issue a refund for 5 bottles – 4 unopened bottles and 1 of the 2 opened bottles.
- Shipping and handling paid with the initial order, including orders qualifying for free shipping, are not refundable.
- A restocking fee of 15%, (including shipping and handling) will be applied to all returned items.
- No refunds will be issued once a re-order has been placed.
- The guarantee applies ONLY to products purchased from this website.
- Bundles or orders with multiple items are non-returnable unless unopened in original packaging.
- Customers are required to include the original packing slip with their returns to help us quickly identify their order. If the original packing slip is not available, they must include a piece of paper with their full name and address.
- Please note that return shipping labels are not provided by us. You will need to arrange for the shipping and purchase the necessary labels.
- Upon receipt, returns undergo a quality check to ensure all bottles are sealed and in good condition.
- You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, before processing begins. A 5% Cancellation Processing Fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If your order is returned for any reason, please note that a 12% Restocking Fee will apply for either cancellation or reshipment.
